View Human Methylomes and MethyMarks
To facilitate the intuitive analysis of cell-type-specific MethyMarks under the genome and epigenome background, we pooled and visualized 50 methylomes from 42 cell-types of human, the methylation segments identified by SMART and their methylation specificity across 50 methylomes in UCSC Genome Browser. In addition, the genome information such as Refseq genes, Genecode genes, CpG islands, gene expression and sequence conservation, and epigenome information such as chromatin states, super-enhancers, histone modifications and TFBS. By setting genome location, users can obtained the view of above information, which can be saved for further analysis. The default search region (chr6:31124000-31147000) is around the well-known hESC markers POU5F1 (also known as OCT4).
