This example shows a LocusZoom plot with the ability to add arbitrarily many variants as covariates to a model. When paired to a data source capable of performing on-the-fly multivariate conditional analysis this would become a highly interactive analysis tool.
Select any variant in the association panel and in the tooltip select "Add to Model". The variants in the model can then be managed using the "Model" menu at the top of the plot.
